- OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures): This method structures strategic considerations in a clear framework that defines objectives and the corresponding measures to facilitate implementation.
- Open Space Technology: This method is particularly suitable for large groups and promotes the self-organization of participants. Topics are introduced by the participants and they decide for themselves in which groups they want to work.
- World Café: This method promotes exchange in small groups and allows participants to discuss at several tables before switching groups. This allows different perspectives and ideas to be collected.
- Fishbowl discussion: This method is particularly effective in larger groups. It enables a structured discussion in which an inner circle actively discusses while the outer circle listens in order to overcome hierarchies.
- Sailboat analysis: This playful version of the SWOT analysis visualizes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the form of a boat, which makes the discussion more dynamic and interactive.
- 6 Thinking hats according to Edward de Bono: This technique promotes creative thinking by encouraging participants to think about a topic from different perspectives (emotional, critical, optimistic, etc.).
