General conditions of the stated hourly ratesAll
hourly rates stated refer to the provision of services within the normal business hours of the respective consultant. Unless otherwise stated, these are from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. German time.
A service outside normal business hours is generally possible, but must be agreed separately. Unless otherwise agreed, the following surcharges shall apply:
- Outside normal working hours, i.e. before 9 a.m. or after 6 p.m. German time: 50%
- On Saturdays and Sundays: 75%
- On public holidays such as Christmas or Easter: 100%
If a service has been booked with ALPHA POOL and is not called up - whether or not this is the responsibility of the commissioning company - a cancellation fee of 50% of the originally offered budget will be due. It is the responsibility of the commissioning company to take out appropriate insurance to cover itself against all types of default risks.
