APPROACH & Acquisition International Celebrity

We approach and acquire your pre-selected national celebrities according to your marketing target: Link your marketing prospect to a nationally known face.  We analyze your celebrity wish list and determine together with you the order in which they are to be approached. On this basis, we address celebrities specifically with your marketing needs until we have entered a cooperation commitment. Important: This product does not include celebrity fee(s) and agency commission.(For more information, please see "Special Terms" & "Learn more about this product.")   The following services are already included in the price of this product: ✓ Analysis and coordination of the celebrities with the customer✓ Approach and acquisition of the celebrity(s) according to customer prioritization   Not included in the price of this product: ✗ KPI Identification of fitting celebrities (e.g. by our in-house database)✗ Several approaches possible using over the selected number of items in your shopping cart✗ 9% offsettable, but non-refundable agency commission on the celebrity fee in the event of successful placement✗ Fee of the celebrity(s)✗ Management fees of the celebrity(s)✗ Special requests of the celebrity(s)✗ Contract negotiations and booking of the celebrity(s)✗ Support and/or coordination of the celebrity(s)✗ Legal support✗ Travel expenses incurred for the execution of the order✗ Special requests on the part of the customer, that are not covered by the product description and result in additional financial expense We will charge separately for all items not included in the price, provided they are incurred during the order.   Special conditions about this product: Please put one product for each celebrity approach you definitely want, based on your wish list, in your shopping cart. Should further inquiries be necessary until a final result is achieved, we will either charge these separately or offset them against the agency commission, depending on the celebrity fee for the marketing request. Regardless of the final number of addresses - the setup costs are always incurred only once.  On successful placement, 9% agency commission on the fee of the celebrity(s) will be due, with which the setup and speech costs will be offset. An example: You select this product with 10 approaches. The total of the product is €3,300 (10*€300 + one-time setup amounting to €300). The subsequent celebrity fee for a successful referral is €50,000 - of which 9% agency commission equals €4,500. In this case you will receive an additional charge of €1,200 (€4,500 - €3,300). If the Celebrity fee is only €25,000 and 9% agency fee equals €2,250, we will not refund you the difference, i.e. the final amount of this product remains €3,300.   Tip: If you don't yet have a shortlist of national celebrities, we also offer the product "RESEARCH & Acquisition National Celebrity" (see Cross Selling). This product includes, among other things, the use of our in-house database and individually created, KPI-based evaluations for a selection of suitable - aligned with the marketing needs - national celebrities.

We create a list of suitable celebrities for a potential collaboration based on the brief. With our specially developed, exclusive decision matrix, the toplist candidates are objectively evaluated with regard to the defined key features, such as product, brand, target group fit, social KPIs, etc., and summarized into a ranking. On this basis, we prioritize together with you the targeted approaches of the celebrities until it comes to a commitment.. The absolute minimum for this product is from our experience, however, at least 5 addresses. As a rule, depending on the marketing orientation, it requires between 10 to 15 addresses until it comes to a commitment of a national celebrity.If further inquiries are necessary until a final result, we charge these depending on the celebrity fee for the marketing request either separately or charge this with the fee-AE share. Regardless of the final number of addresses - the setup costs are always incurred only once. . On successful placement, 9% AE is due on the fee of the celebrity(s), with which the setup and speech costs are offset.. An example: You select this product with 10 speeches. The total of the product is 3.600,00 € (10*300,00 € + one-time setup iHv. 600,00 €). The subsequent celebrity fee for a successful referral is 50.000 € - of which 9% AE equals 4.500,00 €. In this case you will receive an additional charge of 900,00 € (4.500,00 € - 3.600,00 €). In case the Celebrity fee is only 25.000 € and 9% AE equals 2.250,00 €, we will not charge you for the difference. Ie. the final final amount of this product remains in this example with 3,600.00 €..   Tip: If there is already a customer-side wish list of national celebrities, where only the approach is to be made, we offer alternatively the product "ANSPRACHE & Akquise nationaler Celebrity" (see Cross Selling).
